At Mirelle, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be unused
  • the item must be unopened
  • the item must be in its original packaging
  • the return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • opened or used skincare products
  • items damaged through normal use
  • gift cards
  • final sale items, if marked as such

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • a short description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
