Please note:

  • processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays

Shipping Times

Typical delivery estimates:

These are estimated delivery windows and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear after your order has been dispatched.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • carrier issues
  • customs processing
  • weather disruptions
  • high seasonal demand
  • incorrect or incomplete shipping information

Mirelle is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@mirelleskincare.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Marked-as-Delivered Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • check around your delivery location
  • ask neighbors or building management
  • contact the shipping carrier directly

If you still need help, contact us at support@mirelleskincare.com and we will do our best to assist. Mirelle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your local government.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices unless otherwise stated.
